If you keep fruits and vegetables present in their diet, after you first introduce them, they will get used to eating them regularly.

Fruits and vegetables are among the first solid foods that your baby tastes and you can tell, by their reaction, which ones they prefer. Keep a log of how your baby takes to eating each solid food you introduce. The best produce for cleaner teeth are those who self-clean while your kid eats it. Things such as apples, raw carrots, celery, snap peas and any other crispy vegetable or fruit are great snacks instead of that sugary treat.
